This Privacy Policy explains how DesignX Media (“we,” “us”) handles information collected through the Consoule website and waitlist. Consoule is in early access and is not yet a publicly available product.
Information we collect
When you join the waitlist or contact us, we collect the details you enter: your work email address, your organization name, and, if you choose, your role. If you email us directly, we receive whatever you include in that message.
Like most websites, we may also collect basic technical information such as your browser type, general location, and pages viewed. We keep this to what we need to run and improve the site.
How we use information
- To add you to the waitlist and let you know when ConSoule opens.
- To reply to questions and partnership inquiries.
- To understand which parts of the site are useful and improve them.
We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for advertising by third parties.
Sharing
We share information only with service providers that help us operate the site and send email (for example, hosting and email delivery), and only as needed to provide those services. We may also share information if the law requires it.
Data retention
We keep waitlist details until ConSoule launches or until you ask us to remove them, whichever comes first. You can ask us to delete your information at any time using the contact details below.

We take reasonable steps to protect the information we hold. No method of storage or transmission is perfectly secure, but we work to keep your details safe and limited to the people who need them.
Your choices
Every email we send includes a way to unsubscribe. You can also email us to see, correct, or delete the information we hold about you.
Changes to this policy
If we make meaningful changes, we will update the date above and, where appropriate, let waitlist members know.
