These Terms of Use apply to the ConSoule website and waitlist, operated by DesignX Media (“we,” “us”). By using this site or joining the waitlist, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

About Consoule

Consoule is in early access. This site describes the product and lets you join a waitlist. There is no public login or paid service yet, and the features described may change before launch.

The waitlist

When you join the waitlist, we will use the details you provide to contact you about Consoule, as described in our Privacy Policy. Joining the waitlist does not guarantee access, pricing, or a launch date.

Using the site

Please use the site lawfully and do not try to disrupt it, gain unauthorized access, or misuse the forms (for example, by submitting other people’s details without permission). We may limit or end access if the site is misused.

Our content

The Consoule name, logo, text, and design on this site belong to DesignX Media and may not be copied or reused without permission. Any sample numbers or dashboards shown are illustrative and do not represent a real organization.

No warranties

The site is provided “as is.” We work to keep it accurate and available, but we do not promise it will always be error-free or uninterrupted, and nothing here is professional advice.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, DesignX Media is not liable for indirect or incidental losses arising from your use of this pre-launch site.

Changes

We may update these terms as Consoule develops. If we make meaningful changes, we will update the date above.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
